Después de dos años de espera, comenzó la Conferencia de las Partes sobre cambio climático en su versión 26. En estos primeros días los líderes mundiales han enviado sus mensajes de compromiso con la acción climática y se han adoptado las agendas de negociación..

Día 3 de la COP26
En el día 3 de la COP26 varios líderes del mundo se unieron para hacer anuncios de compromisos alrededor de los bosques, los océanos y la reducción de metano. Por su parte, las negociaciones frente a temas como el Artículo 6 sobre mercados de carbono del Acuerdo de París, avanzan con textos que las Partes han aceptado para continuar con la discusión.

El día cuatro de la COP26 estuvo dedicado al financiamiento climático, sin embargo en este tema aún no hay avances. Otros asuntos como planes de adaptación, pérdidas y daños, y género ya tienen algunos textos en borrador.

Nos acercamos a la mitad de la COP26 y las negociaciones avanzan. Este quinto día dedicado a la energía tuvo la firma de una declaración conjunta al respecto, discusiones sobre el borrador de decisión del reporte de adaptación y algunas tensiones sobre transparencia.

Esta jornada estuvo marcada por la voz de la ciudadanía, así como llamados del Foro de Vulnerabilidad, preparaciones para la decisión principal del Paquete de Glasgow, financiamiento, entre otros. Se acerca el cierre de la primera semana de la COP26 y las Partes siguen en múltiples negociaciones.

Día 7 de la COP26
Este día estuvo dedicado a la naturaleza y el uso de suelo. En esta jornada enmarcada por las protestas, finalizaron las negociaciones sobre transparencia, se realizaron consultas sobre la nueva meta de financiamiento, entre otros avances con los que concluye la primera semana de la COP26.

Inició la segunda semana de la COP26 con un día dedicado a los temas de adaptación y pérdidas y daños. Hubo movidas interesantes para el Fondo de Adaptación, Obama visitó la Conferencia y el tema de financiamiento sigue en proceso sin avances significativos. El día nueve de la COP26 estuvo dedicado al enfoque de género y la ciencia. Algunos temas como financiamiento no tuvieron muchos avances. Mientras que en otros como pérdidas y daños se acordaron las funciones de la Red de Santiago.

El décimo día de la COP26 cierra con varias novedades y anuncios alrededor de temas como transporte y algunas consultas ministeriales. Sin embargo, aún no se llega a acuerdos en temas contenciosos relacionados con el Artículo 6 y financiamiento.

En el penúltimo día de la COP26 el tema principal fueron las ciudades. De forma paralela hubo entrega de borradores de decisión para asuntos como Pérdidas y Daños, Financiamiento, entre otros. Las consultas ministeriales para llegar a acuerdos continúan en esta recta final.

En el último día de la Conferencia de las Partes se esperaba el cierre oficial, pero aún se acuerdan detalles en negociaciones sobre financiamiento, transparencia, entre otros. La Presidencia de la COP26 realizó un balance con las partes. Como ya se sabía, el artículo 6, sobre mercados de carbono, ha sido el tema más difícil de cerrar. Se espera que cierre oficial sea el sábado, 13 de noviembre.

The monitoring and control of the care of these cases is the responsibility of the Executive Director of Transforma through the channels indicated in number 3) of this communication.
5). Procedures for knowledge, update, deletion, revocation and rectification:
The owner may request through the contact channels named above, the update, deletion, revocation and rectification of the information and / or make inquiries or claims related to their information. Transforma will validate the identification, analyze, classify and issue the response to the request in the times established by law, and will be sent through the means by which the request is received or by the means that the owner specifies in his communication. The deletion of personal data and / or revocation of authorization for information processing will not proceed when the owner has a legal or contractual duty to remain in the Transforma databases.
These requirements will be processed when they meet the following criteria:
If the request is incomplete in terms of its requirements, the applicant will be required to correct its omissions within five (5) days after receiving the request. After two (2) months from the date the applicant was required to correct his request without obtaining the required information, it will be understood that he has withdrawn the claim.
The maximum term to attend the request will be fifteen (15) business days from the day following the receiving date.
If it is not possible to respond to any requirement due to its complexity, the applicant will be informed of the reason why it is not possible to respond within the term set by current regulations.
