Esta es una de las preguntas m\u00e1s grandes que se tienen alrededor de todo lo que se hace por frenar el cambio clim\u00e1tico. Hace referencia al Art\u00edculo 2.1c del Acuerdo de Par\u00eds y tiene que ver con si las inversiones y los dineros se est\u00e1n destinando para acciones bajas en carbono y que ayuden a mitigar y adaptarse al cambio clim\u00e1tico, o si por el contrario, se siguen direccionando hacia actividades y sectores que generan m\u00e1s emisiones de GEI. Para contarnos m\u00e1s sobre este tema y c\u00f3mo se ver\u00e1 en las negociaciones durante la COP27 hablamos con la hondure\u00f1a, Elena Pereira, experta en financiamiento
